Admin: How to check if a user is receiving and reading their messages
If you have created a DocbookMD Trial, or if you are the Owner/Admin of your account, you should have the ability to view messages sent or received (but not message content per HIPAA-compliance).
Log in to DocbookMD Web
Open the menu to the left and go to the Manage Users tab
Choose the user in question from the Admin Directory
On the right side of your display, scroll past their profile information and choose the Show Messages button.
Scroll down just a bit more to see the user's message information. (All users shown in blue are CareTeam members)
You will see the following information: Sender, Recipient, Priority, Number of Attachments, Time Sent, Time Read, Delta of time (between sent and read)
